4. Reception, feedback, follow-up, and handling of pre-sales issues related to customers, maintaining customer relationships, and improving customer satisfaction;  


5. Familiar with the rules of various e-commerce platforms and must have experience in customer service communication; Proficient in using office software;  


6. Passionate about customer service work, diligent and meticulous in work, with good teamwork skills, outgoing personality is preferred;
